As the Chief Operating Officer of Medtronic LABS, Kaustubh is responsible for driving growth, operational excellence and impact across Asia. Prior to this role, Kaustubh led the Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) Business for Medtronic, India. He has over 14 years of experience in sales, marketing, pricing and commercial leadership roles at J&J, Abbott, and Pentax Medical across the Asia Pacific Region.
He brings a focus on business execution and a dedication to improving lives that animate his work at Medtronic LABS everyday.
Kaustubh holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.
