- We source and build integrated toolkits with everything community health workers and facilities need. For our hypertension and diabetes programs our toolkits include blood pressure monitors, glucometers, weighing scales, and other accessories.

SPICE Users

Patients can opt to receive SMS reminders, voice or text-based educational content, telecounseling sessions with a health coach, or telemedicine consultation with a clinician. Patients with access to smartphones can also download and use our patient-facing application for self-monitoring.

Community health workers can screen and refer patients based on real-time eligibility and location. They follow-up with patients directly in the community based on clinical risk for precision public health.

Doctors have real-time access to longitudinal data and a streamlined patient record for easy-to-understand information. Care teams can communicate directly with the patient via telemedicine.

Flexible admin features allow health system administrators to add or turn on/off clinical workflows. Real-time data analytics support policy and planning.
